In the simulator, drivers would come up against hazards like wildlife, pedestrians, other drivers and weather conditions. The team hoped this would provide provisional drivers on the roads with more “real-life experience”.

Over 130 ANU students, comprising of 34 teams, from 6 different countries battled it out at The Canberra Innovation Network (CBRIN) on Friday October 14th. The competition was rHack, also known as The Responsible Innovation Hackathon.
